Hobart International has teamed up with Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary to offer free entry* for kids to both the tournament and Tasmania’s number one wildlife sanctuary.

In a first for tennis fans, adult Hobart International tickets purchased online will grant entry for up to four children to the Domain Tennis Centre as well as Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary.

“We’re really excited about working with Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary to give kids this additional experience,” Hobart International Tournament Director Darren Sturgess said.

“Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is a great social enterprise that is vital to the conservation and preservation of Tasmania’s wildlife.

“It is great we can partner with them to help increase awareness of these initiatives, educate children on local wildlife and raise funds to help improve wildlife conservation.”

The Hobart International promises to be more family-friendly than ever in 2018, starting with Kids Tennis Day at the Domain Tennis Centre from 10am – 12pm on Saturday 6 January.

Kids Tennis Day grants adults and children free entry as the site transforms into a kids haven with activities including; player meet and greet, on-court activities with coaches, ‘Hit the Target’, a jumping castle and fun prizes and giveaways.
