How to book tickets

For patrons who need to book an access ticket for the Hobart International please phone 1300 665 915 and follow the prompts.

Who is eligible for an access ticket?

Seating is available for:

  • patrons using wheelchairs
  • patrons with limited mobility
Please advise your exact seating requirements at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of appropriate seating and ticket limits.

The venue

The Domain Tennis Centre is located in a hilly part of Hobart and movement between parts of the site can be difficult for people with mobility disability. The site map  shows the best entry points and location of the accessible wheelchair seating spaces and accessible toilet facilities. Staff and volunteers will be happy to provide information and assistance to anyone wanting to find the most accessible pathways at the centre. The location of the event food and drink services means that people with mobility disability who use wheelchairs will need to leave the main stadium and travel down Davies Avenue to the main centre entrance area. Staff and volunteers would be happy to provide assistance or take orders for food and drink.

Car parking

There are a number of accessible car parking spaces at the venue, however, it is strictly limited and available on a first in best dressed basis. Car parking cannot be booked in advance.

Wheelchair seating space tickets

The main stadium has a number of wheelchair seating spaces. For patrons who need to book a wheelchair seating space ticket for the Hobart International please phone 1300 665 915 and follow the prompts. Please advise your exact seating requirements at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of appropriate seating and ticket limits.

Companion cards

Companion cards are accepted at the Hobart International.

If a companion card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented or quoted at the time of booking. The companion card needs to be carried when attending the event.

Accompanying patrons/carers

When purchasing a wheelchair seating space we are able to accommodate one ticket for an accompanying patron/carer. Additional seats may be ordered at the time of booking, subject to availability and ticket limits, and every effort will be made to allocate these extra seats as close as possible to the disability seats on the event day.
